Physicochemical properties:
The product has an iodine absorption value of 43g/kg and a DBP absorption value of 121cm3/100g. The particle surface is smooth and the structure is high. The reinforcing performance is best in soft carbon black.
Uses:
Used in tire ply, sidewall and extrusion, calendered product compound.
Usage and function:
This product is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is easy to disperse and can give higher strength to the rubber compound. It has fast extrusion speed, smooth surface extrusion, small expansion of mouth shape and high temperature resistance of vulcanized rubber. Good thermal conductivity, better reinforcement, flexibility and demobilization. Mainly used in tire ply, sidewall and extrusion, calendered product compound. This product is best used with N 660 when used in butyl rubber inner tubes.
